Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and NAFRA when you access or use the platform.

By creating an account or using NAFRA, you agree to follow these Terms and any applicable rules or policies made available as part of the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how NAFRA handles personal information.

[02]

Who can use NAFRA

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a NAFRA account.

You must not use NAFRA if you are legally prohibited from receiving or using the service under applicable law.

If we reasonably believe an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, we may restrict or remove that account.

[03]

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Information you provide when creating or maintaining an account should be accurate where accuracy is necessary for the operation or security of the service.

You must not obtain access to another person's account without permission, sell or transfer accounts in a way prohibited by NAFRA, or use authentication systems to impersonate another person.

Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

[04]

Acceptable use

NAFRA is built for social interaction, expression and discovery. You may use those features freely as long as your use does not harm other people, the platform or violate applicable law.

You must not use NAFRA to:

  • Threaten, harass, bully or deliberately target others for abuse.
  • Exploit, groom, sexually abuse or endanger children or young people.
  • Share illegal sexual content or sexual content involving minors.
  • Promote or facilitate serious illegal activity.
  • Share another person's private information without lawful authority or permission.
  • Impersonate another person in a deceptive or harmful manner.
  • Distribute malware, malicious code, phishing material or attempt to compromise accounts, systems or infrastructure.
  • Spam, manipulate or disrupt NAFRA or use automated systems in an abusive way.
  • Circumvent moderation, security, restrictions, suspensions or enforcement measures.
  • Violate another person's intellectual property rights.

More detailed Community Guidelines may supplement these rules as NAFRA develops.

[05]

Your content

You retain ownership of content you own and choose to post or upload to NAFRA.

To operate the service, you give NAFRA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display and distribute your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure and improve NAFRA.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to NAFRA. It ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where copies must reasonably remain for backups, legal obligations, safety, dispute resolution or where content has been shared by others in a way that remains part of the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload or share your content.

[06]

Moderation & safety

NAFRA is actively moderated. We may use technical systems, reports and human review to identify, investigate and respond to behaviour or content that may violate these Terms, platform rules or applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, NAFRA may remove or limit content, restrict features, issue warnings, temporarily suspend accounts or permanently remove accounts.

Where available, users may use NAFRA's appeal process to challenge eligible moderation decisions.

We may take urgent action without prior notice where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect users, preserve security, prevent serious harm or comply with law.

[07]

Messages & Circles

NAFRA may provide direct messages, group conversations, voice rooms and other real-time communication features.

You are responsible for your behaviour and the content you share through these features. The same safety and conduct rules apply in private or semi-private areas of NAFRA.

Messages are protected using encryption, but NAFRA does not represent its messaging system as end-to-end encrypted.

Reported activity may be reviewed where necessary for moderation, safety, support or legal compliance.

[08]

Third-party services

NAFRA may allow you to connect or interact with third-party services. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

NAFRA is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control. You can choose whether to use optional integrations.

[09]

NAFRA intellectual property

NAFRA's software, branding, designs, logos, original graphics and other platform materials are owned by NAFRA or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of NAFRA's intellectual property.

You must not copy, sell, redistribute or exploit protected parts of NAFRA except where permitted by law or where NAFRA has given permission.

[10]

Suspension, deletion & termination

You may stop using NAFRA at any time.

NAFRA may restrict, suspend or terminate access where an account violates these Terms, creates safety or security risks, is used unlawfully, or where action is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.

NAFRA intends to introduce self-service account deletion with a 30-day deactivation period. Once available, signing back into the account during that period will cancel the deletion request.

Until self-service deletion is available, privacy and deletion requests can be submitted using the contact information in our Privacy Policy.

[11]

Changes & service availability

NAFRA is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed over time.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Maintenance, security incidents, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect the service.

[12]

Responsibility & liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, NAFRA is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.

Users are responsible for content they create and behaviour they engage in. NAFRA's moderation does not mean that we endorse user-generated content.

[13]

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as NAFRA changes or where legal, security or operational requirements make an update necessary.

If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page.

[14]

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights or protections you may have under applicable consumer law.

Where applicable law gives you the right to bring a dispute in another court or jurisdiction, these Terms do not remove that right.
